- Obtaining Grants of Probate from the Supreme Court.
- Lodging Requests to Record Death and Transmission Applications in the Titles Office
- Obtaining Refundable Accommodation Deposits (“RAD”) from Nursing homes
- Obtaining the proceeds of bank accounts
- Transferring/selling shares owned by the deceased.
